Margate FC's float in the 'Torchlight Procession' that took place as part of Margate Carnival on 19.6.50. Supporter Gertrude Thornton's gate mascot can be seen on the front of the vehicle - another appearance for an item that also guested at Margate player Charlie Walker's wedding in 1936.
